Director/Principal Occupational Therapist
Andrew Mifsud
With over 7 years of experience in community, disability, NDIS and aged care work, Andrew is known for his motivated, person-centred care approach. He supports people to maximise their independence and elevate their quality of life. Andrew is passionate about working with people to set and achieve meaningful goals.

He has a special interest in complex and minor home modifications, and specialised wheelchair scripting, particularly those with neurological conditions. Andrew is dedicated to ensuring that all who interact with the organisation have a positive experience.

Rachel Mifsud
Rachel is a committed and passionate communicator. She believes that connection, in today’s society is more important than ever. Rachel assists our team to interact with eachother and our stakeholders with kindness and compassion. She is dedicated to facilitating person-centered communication as believes this is an integral part of supporting clients to achieve the best results possible along their journeys.

Ashlee Tronerud
Ashlee is an experienced occupational therapist who is passionate about working with her clients to determine their current level of function. She believes in advocating for her clients and connecting them to the supports they need to help them return to occupations which are meaningful to them. Ashlee is dedicated to providing training for clients, their families, and their care teams to create the greatest clinical outcomes.
As the Clinical Team Leader here at LHS, Ashlee is passionate about developing and implementing new grad education programs, providing supervision, and fostering the next generation of Occupational Therapists

Rosie is an occupational therapist who works within NDIS and community settings with clients of all ages. As an occupational therapist, Rosie enjoys helping clients to achieve their long and short term goals with creative and personalised interventions.

Rosie has a strong background working within the mental health space, particularly with clients in immediate distress and/or crisis. Rosie is passionate about working with teens with trauma to help establish better coping and emotional regulation skills. Her goal is support her kids to develop strategies to interact with the world around them in a positively. Rosie is inspired by witnessing the tangible impact of OT on her participants lives.

Dannielle Harden

Dannielle has a wide variety of interests and explored modern dance and biomechanical engineering before settling into her career as an Occupational Therapist. Dannielle grew up in Salt Lake City in the United States where her interest in Occupational Therapy started after volunteering in a nursing home with less-than-ideal living conditions. Dannielle and her cat, Sigma, performed animal-assisted therapy to motivate residents in self-care and social interaction.
Dannielle is passionate about connecting with participants and helping them to explore life and enjoy the journey of living. She brings diversity and compassion to the Leading Health Solutions team, where she supports participants to create homes and facilitates their ability to participate in activities of daily activities.

Holly is an experienced occupational therapist, who has worked within the NDIS, aged care, mental health, and acute occupational therapy settings in Australia and abroad. Holly enjoys meeting new people and discovering what really matters to them. This helps her to create client centred goals and individualised therapies.

Holly has also worked in the community setting completing home assessments, designing and implementing individualised therapy programs, and leading group therapy and education sessions. She enjoys the challenge of problem solving unique issues that arise when working with diverse groups of people.

Chrissie is a new graduate/junior occupational therapist, enjoying working as part of the LHS team to promote health and wellbeing everyday by empowering people to engage in their everyday and meaningful occupations.
She loves helping people to develop goals and aspirations that are specific to what they value and want out of life. She considers it a privilege to work alongside each individual to overcome any barriers and achieve them. She believe that it is so important every person is able to do what they want to do, how they want to do it and when they want to do it, as that this personal agency gives purpose to life.

Ella is an enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant here at LHS. Ella is passionate about working with the therapy team to deliver creative therapy plans to help her clients achieve their goals. Ella loves engaging her clients in imaginative play, cooking, and life skills training.
Ella has seen the impact of OT on her own family and decided she wanted to be part of creating that change in someone else’s life. She is energetic, playful and invested in building rapport with her clients to support them in achieving their therapy goals. Ella works with a diverse population of participants and including paediatric and adult clients.
